Basic job description for Junior Consultant:
Join our team of consultants in an extremely busy and successful recruitment consultancy. You could be working as part of a team who places Couples, Housekeepers, Butlers, Chefs, Chauffeurs, Gardeners Nannies and Personal Assistants.
Based in London, SW1 this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated team player who ideally has previous experience working in the recruitment industry and/or private household environment and who is looking to gain further experience and progress their career. Full training and support will be given.
Your role will be key and will include:
- Candidate Management – sourcing and processing candidates, arranging interviews, reference checking, helping develop relationships through keeping in touch initiatives including the use of social media
- Client Management – processing new vacancies, advertising jobs on websites plus general client administration
- Client Development - through references and other marketing initiatives
- Supporting Consultants - to fill jobs, covering for Consultants during absences and help contribute to the team’s targets
- General Administration - applicants should be computer literate and ideally have some experience with website administration and social media. You should be organized, be able to work under pressure and think quickly
Package £20,000 gross per annum + opportunities to earn commission and bonuses + long term benefits including health care
