Debbie Salter, Managing Director
Debbie Salter was appointed as the Managing Director of Greycoat Lumleys in November 2010. She has over 20 years recruitment experience having worked within many different specialism including Accountancy, HR, PA/Secretarial and Purchasing. She worked for a multi-sited recruitment agency as Regional Director for the past 5 years covering the South of England and has gained extensive commercial acumen. Her expertise has been in management and training of staff, developing relationships with Clients and Candidates and strategically growing new specialisms.

Stephanie Rough, Director
Stephanie is Greycoat’s longest serving member of staff, having started in 1998, and is one of the Greycoat Directors.  As Director, with particular responsibility for Childcare and Education, she not only looks after the clients and candidates but also has been responsible for forging and developing relationships with our partners and companies offering other related Childcare Services.  Stephanie is currently on maternity leave.

Laura Harrall,  Director
Laura has responsibility for Company Operations including HR, Marketing and Administration within Greycoat. Having joined the company in 2004 she gained the role of Director in 2011 after having held the position Operations Manager since 2009. Laura comes from a private household background working in London before she moved into Recruitment. Laura obtained her REC Certified Recruitment Practitioner qualification in 2006.

Collette Negre, Office Manager
Collette joined Greycoat  in March 2010. WIth much experience in office management she is a strong addition to our administration team and is also responsible for our CRB checks

Candice Moore,  Accounts Administrator
Candice joined Greycoat  in September 2008. Previously working for a recruitment agency as an Accounts and Systems Administrator. Her role within Greycoat  is Consultant Support and Accounts Administrator.

Lina Sannesdotter,  Reception & Administration Support
Hailing from the far north Lina brings experience in both the UK and Swedish hospitality sector as well as a degree in Event Management.  Lina runs the front desk and work in the role of Receptionist, Administration Cover and Candidate Resourcer.

Tracy Jewitt, Marketing Manager
Tracy has been working for Greycoat since 2000. She first joined us as Office Manager with responsibility for all our marketing and advertising. Since becoming a mother Tracy now works part-time and continues with the responsibility for all our marketing and advertising.  Tracy is in the office on Mondays and Fridays.

Sarah Martin, Accounts Manager
Sarah Martin joined the Empresaria Group back in April 2002, to work as a Management Accountant for various Empresaria Companies.
Sarah became dedicated Accountant for Greycoat in October 2008. Her previous jobs had all been in other recruitment businesses starting as Payroll Manager and moving up to Management Accountant. Her current responsibilities include management accounts, processing payroll for temporary candidates, credit control and general management support.

Isla Mackenzie - Scottish Office Consultant
Isla had previously been an Outreach Consultant for Lumleys from the beginning of 2011 and is now running the Scottish office in Edinburgh. For the last 8 years she has worked as a Private Chef in Scotland, where she was raised and educated, so she knows the area extremely well. Isla places candidates in all disciplines for Greycoat, as well as Lumleys.
