Debbie Salter -  Director
Debbie Salter was appointed as the Managing Director of Greycoat Lumleys in November 2010. She has over 20 years recruitment experience having worked within many different specialism including Accountancy, HR, PA/Secretarial and Purchasing. She worked for a multi-sited recruitment agency as Regional Director for the past 5 years covering the South of England and has gained extensive commercial acumen. Her expertise has been in management and training of staff, developing relationships with Clients and Candidates and strategically growing new specialisms.

Zoe Turnbull - Catering & Hospitality Manager- Permanent Chefs & Ski Seasons
Zoe joined Lumleys in December 2011. She has a BA European Studies Degree with Spanish & Italian. She has previously completed four ski seasons with well known tour operators, running a corporate programme and managing chalets. She also worked for well known tour operator in HR & Recruitment for four years, specialising in hospitality and catering staff and running the training programmes.
Zoe is a trained Secondary school teacher and has also qualified as a Trainer. She has a passion for languages and foreign travel.

Natalie Cleary - Recruitment Consultant - Private Bookings
Natalie joined the Lumleys’ team at the beginning of 2011 as part of the expansion plan for Lumleys.   She runs the Private Bookings desk. She has experience working for an outside catering company in Edinburgh as the Events Co-ordinator. She has also worked as a Private Cook in Scotland and attended Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2006.

Diana Cheal - Recruitment Consultant - Corporate Bookings
Diana joined the Lumleys’ team at the beginning of 2011 as part of the expansion plan for Lumleys. She runs the Corporate Bookings desk. Diana has extensive knowledge of the catering sector having worked as a Private Chef for a few years as well as working at a well-known London cookery school.

Coumba Sow - Junior Consultant
Originally from the Ivory Coast, Coumba grew up in London. She is a recent graduate from Reading University and holds a BA in French and International Relations. She enjoys travelling and lived in Lyon for a year. She is  passionate about languages and food and is currently mastering Italian.

Isla Mackenzie - Scottish Office Consultant
Isla had previously been an Outreach Consultant for Lumleys from the beginning of 2011 and is now running the Scottish office in Edinburgh. For the last 8 years she has worked as a Private Chef in Scotland, where she was raised and educated, so she knows the area extremely well. Isla places Candidates in all disciplines for Greycoat, as well as Lumleys.

Sarah Martin - Management Accountant
Sarah is a qualified Accountant and has worked within the Empresaria Group of Companies for many years. Sarah co-ordinates all our staff payroll plus financial account management.
