There are some things you need to know about the way we work. At Lumleys, we extend the same courtesy and respect to our candidates as we do our clients. Remember, first impressions count and we need to get to know you in order to introduce you to our clients, therefore you need to present yourself well and honestly, so we can work as a team.

Our registration process
- Complete the online application form, attach your CV and send to Lumleys
- A Consultant will be in touch to let you know if we can help and if we want to see you
- A preliminary interview with us is required in order to complete your registration
- We will then check your references. If satisfactory, we will be able to put you forward for positions that we mutually agree are appropriate
- Once you have been successful and a position has been offered, your Consultant will always be on hand for post placement advice and support and to find you your next booking!
Applying for a job at Lumleys
At Lumleys, we understand that our staff are our most important asset. That's why we treat each of our employees and freelance Candidates with care and consideration, because without you we would not have a business. Regardless of the length of placement you are looking for, we can help you find the right job covering London, Scotland, the rest of the UK and Internationally.
Some Clients do require staff with previous relevant experience. However, depending on the position, we are happy to help staff who are newly qualified and offer guidance and support with your search for a new job.
