An experienced Chef who has over 20 years exposure to corporate and private kitchens. He trained as a Chef in France and has worked in Michelin star restaurants in the UK as well as in Europe. His most recent position has been Head Chef at a leading Organic in Notting Hill. He is looking for a full time Chef position in a private residence.
HE OFFERS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
HIs responsibilities included the setting up of the kitchen, recruiting and training staff, all aspects of health and safety, menu planning with the principal. He managed a large team of staff and oversaw the running of the busy restaurant. He also worked at the principal private residence as well as on their private yacht. He catered for dinner parties as well as good family cooking. His previous position was working with Tom Aitkens, where he helped set up his Fish restaurant “Toms Place” he worked with a team of chefs and designed the set up of the kitchen itself as well as designed menus and worked hands on in the kitchen.
He is a classical French Chef, he enjoys cooking traditional French and British Cuisine. He has worked as a pastry chef so is used to cooking delicious desserts! He is happy to cater for any client's needs and requirements, he is very flexible and hands on. He has Michelin star background however he loves to cook simple food to a high standard and would be very suitable to a private residence. He is a family man and has 3 children of his own and is very happy to cook for children and work in a busy family home.
He works well in a team but also works well on his own. He is flexible and would be happy to help out in other areas of the house if required.
He can travel with a family up to two weeks at one time.
He is a driver and has his own car.

She is an experienced Cook who has worked for two families in the UK, when She arrived in the UK she worked in Administration as well as a Part-Time Cook.
She has over 10 years experience of working in a busy private household. She also exposure of working in a high end hotel in London
She is currently working at Aubaine restaurant in Selfridges however is looking to get back into the private sector working for a family as a Cook.
SHE OFFERS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
She is an excellent candidate who has worked in private houses in London for eight years, she wanted to concentrate on her cooking and learn from other Chef’s which she has really enjoyed and learnt a lot.
When she worked as a Cook/Housekeeper she cooked the day to day meals for the family including 2 children, she catered for dinner parties up to 20 people sit down and buffet style for 40 people
She also did the housekeeping, managed the house which included the daily and weekly shopping. Occasionally helped out with the children after school and babysitting duties
She loves to cook, she enjoys cooking from fresh as much as she can, she is happy to cook all cuisines and is always learning and trying new trends.
An excellent all-rounder who is happy to do hands on housekeeping.

ID:29186 - £400 per day - He would be one of our top chefs, he is very experienced and has a real flare when it comes to culinary expertise. He has great references and is often rebooked on regular occasions.
ID:36379- £350 per day - He is a very reliable chef, over the years he has worked in all sorts of environments, including top restaurants, directors dining rooms in the city and exquisite private events.
ID:57757- £300 per day - He is a very competent chef, particularly in Classic French cuisine. He often goes abroad for bookings and is a favourite among lots of our private Clients.
Events managers:
ID:61346 - £20 per hour. He has worked for all the major catering companies in London and the UK as a freelance Events manager since 2005. He has a wide range of experience and is a really reliable asset to any event.
Butler:
ID:62466- £20 per hour, (minimum of 6 hours a day) - He has had a great range of experience. He is very personable and easy to get along with. He is also extremely diligent when it comes to presentation.
Waiting staff:
ID:44933 - £15.00 per hour (minimum of 6 hours) - For occasional events, we also have some fantastic waiting staff. She is a favourite among both our private and corporate Clients and is a great asset to both private dinner parties and larger events.

Chef 47176
This Chef has worked as a Chef for a number of years in many different environments, she has worked in 5* Chalets in Val D’Isere, France as well as on a Private Yacht for a summer season.
She has also worked on a freelance basis cooking in Scotland for Lodges on a week to week basis, she has also worked for a catering company who cater for private parties as well as large events.
She loves to cook, she is very capable of cooking for up to 20 people dinner party standard and loves to cook from fresh.
She enjoys cooking all cuisines, she can cater good home cooking as well healthy meals she enjoys cooking Asian food and also loves to bake!
This Chef has worked on a number of shoot lodges, she is very confident in cooking what is provided to her on the day, she is used to working in rural locations and loves the countryside.
While working in the Chalets and on a private Yacht she has carried out Housekeeping duties, as well as laundry duties, she is very hands on and is happy to help out with housekeeping when required but not on a day to day basis as she wishes to focus on her cooking.
