Stephanie Rough, Director
Stephanie is Greycoat’s longest serving member of staff, having started in 1998, and is one of the Greycoat Directors. As Director, with particular responsibility for Childcare and Education, she not only looks after the clients and Candidates but also has been responsible for forging and developing relationships with our partners and companies offering other related Childcare Services. Stephanie is currently on maternity leave.
Anisa Sykes Lane, Childcare & Education Manager - London Housekeepers
Anisa has been at Greycoat since July 2003 and is our Childcare Team Manager and a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Together with overseeing the Childcare team, Anisa places all Housekeepers in London, a role she has carried out with huge success for many years due to her ability to create a good rapport with Clients and Candidates through taking time to talk to them and fully understand their needs.

Kerry Coen, Consultant - Live in Nannies for London, UK and Placements in Europe
Kerry worked as a qualified Nursery Nurse (NNEB) and as a Nanny before joining a nationwide babysitting agency where she worked as an Advisor for 5 years. Kerry joined Greycoat Childcare in February 2008 and is also qualified in the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice. She runs the Live In Nanny desk for UK and overseas placements and is also responsible for our CRB checks.

Celia Harmston, Consultant - Daily Nannies (Full-time & Part-time) for the UK
Celia joined Greycoat in May 2011. She has previously worked as a Nanny for private families in the UK and in various positions overseas for the Mark Warner travel specialists. Celia also worked for Mark Warner at their Head Office for 6 months on the childcare recruitment side of the business. Celia graduated from Roehampton University with a BA in Primary Teaching with Early Childhood Studies.

Carol Flynn, Consultant - Tutors & Governesses for the UK and International
Nannies outside of Europe
Carol joined Greycoat in July 2011 with the aim to develop our service offering in the Tutor and Governess field. A qualified Montessori teacher with over 10 years experience working in the Childcare field as a Nanny, Tutor and Montessori Teacher. A further 11 years experience working as a Third Level College Tutor, Nanny & Maternity Nurse Recruitment Consultant plus Managing Director of a Nanny and Parenting agency in Dublin, Ireland

Emma Hazlehurst, Consultant - Pastoral Care for Independent Schools
Emma’s varied professional experience includes five years at Thomas’s London Day Schools where she taught children up to 7 years old and acted as PA to both Head and Principal, on occasion. She joined us in December 2005 and she has responsibility for our Independent Schools desk, assisting schools to find Pastoral Care staff, such as House Matrons, who create a home from home atmosphere for the children and are arguably the most important figures in the entire school.

Jo Winn, Consultant - Maternity Nurses & Short Term Nannies
Jo joined Greycoat in August 2008 and looks after the growing Maternity Nurse desk. Jo has links with obstetricians, antenatal providers and other newborn services that able her to provide the best service and work with the best Maternity Nurses in the business. Jo also looks after all short-term placements for the Childcare sector to help in those times of crisis or simply covering for holidays when employees are away.

Claire Jones, Consultant
Claire has a wealth of Childcare experience that she brings to the team and has worked at Greycoat since 2007. Prior to joining the team Claire has specialised in domestic maternity recruitment for over 6 years placing Maternity Nurses and Doulas. Her graduation from Newcastle University as a qualified midwife gives her great insight into the issues concerning her Clients and Candidates alike. Claire is currently on maternity leave.
Jennifer Giroux, Consultant - London Housekeeper/Nannies
Jenny was born in Canada and has lived and worked overseas for many years including in Japan. She has a BA Double Major in Psychology and Women’s Studies. Jenny moved to the UK in 2005 and joined Greycoat in 2011. She has previously worked as a Nanny along with many other fields and therefore will use her experience and knowledge of both the role and what Employers are looking for to be successful in placing all the Housekeeper/Nanny roles in London

Paulina Cylka, Administration Support
Paulina joined Greycoat Childcare in December 2011 but has worked in Childcare recruitment for a number of years prior to this. She is responsible for helping ensure the smooth running of the Childcare team and arguably has one of the most important roles as is responsible for filtering the new applicants and also checking the references of all our candidates.

Ruth Cassidy, Administration Support
Ruth joined Greycoat Placements in 2006, previous to which she had experience as Office Manager in offices across London & Hertfordshire for over 5 years. Before taking maternity leave, Ruth was our Office Manager and has now returned to work part-time to assist the Childcare sector in candidate resourcing and administration. Ruth is currently maternity leave.
