Greycoat Consultancy

Greycoat Consultancy provides an experienced Consultant home visit to discuss the priorities of staffing and other areas of concern.

Some examples of consultations which have been carried out have concerned disagreements between members of staff, unclear job specifications where there has been a cross over of duties, over or understaffing, a need to understand statutory employment regulations and, very often, is based on a requirement for advice on the setting up of a household.
