DUBLIN - Ireland - Housekeeper/Cook required for busy family with 4 children with 5 bed roomed modern house on the edge of the city. This is a second home and the family are only there during school holidays, when the routine has to be very flexible and the housekeeper has to be prepared to do whatever is needed. Duties include cooking, cleaning, washing and ironing and helping with the children. Must be highly adaptable and happy to work long hours as a member of the family when they are there. During the term-time the role is that of a caretaker, looking after the property including some light gardening. The housekeeper will have plenty of time for themselves during these quiet periods. Some travel to the French Alps with the family. This is a lovely position for someone who is happy living on their own for some months combined with a hectic lifestyle when the family are in residence. Must also love animals as the family may get dogs and horses in the future. Must drive. Separate Staff Accommodation . Flexible salary depending on experience.
