(18017) Live In Couple required for large busy family home in North Devon (near Coombe Martin). The client is looking for an experienced couple who are used to the hussle and bussle of a family home. The family have 3 children, one at boarding school. The client is looking for a Handyman to work under the existing Estate Manager. The clients requires a high level of efficiency and reliability. Both candidates must be patient, capable of working under pressure and comfortable with using their own initiative. Flexibility and enthusiasm for the role is also essential in a job in which unexpected items might come up from time to time.


Duties will include:
Hands on cleaning, laundry and ironing to a high standard
Household admin including household accounts, shopping
Both must be drivers
Both should be computer literate
General estate maintaining both inside and out
Driving
Looking after the household vehicles
General maintenance gardening
Pool maintenance

Hours Generally Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with occasional weekends
Drivers both must drive
Accom separate cottage in the village
Start asap
Salary £600 npw
