Candidate Survey

The majority of Candidates believe the service of Greycoat Placements outperforms competitors.

In a recent survey of our registered candidates Greycoat Placements was delighted to receive some extremely positive feedback about the services that we provide and to learn that in the main those candidates surveyed believe our service outperforms that provided by other agencies in our field. Also 93% of candidates who register with Greycoat Placements recommend our services to their friends and colleagues.

The majority of candidates who have registered with Greycoat Placements are through recommendation and also because of our reputation, which was defined by the candidates in many ways but the key reoccurring comments about our strengths were the range of positions we have available, our professionalism, our experience of the market and also our passionate consultants who enjoy working for Greycoat and who are keen to ensure that candidates are placed in the right positions. Our registration and interview process, plus the overall service that Greycoat provides (before and after a candidate having found a job) were rated very favourably.

96% of candidates believe that our website is one of our big strengths and that it is very easy to use. Whilst mainly used to search for vacancies, many candidates use it for the news and enjoy the information provided on interview and application tips. The quality of our advertised jobs was a key factor for people registering with Greycoat and we can confirm that all of the jobs on the website are current positions.

Greycoat Placements would like to thank all those who took part in the survey and particularly for the constructive comments and ideas for improvements plus suggestions of items for the website. As a result we are currently looking at implementing a number of these ideas, so…watch this space!
