Hannah McKeown - Private Household & Estates Manager  - Couples
Hannah joined Greycoat in May 2007. She has a background of working in hospitality for the last 8 years as well as a recruitment consultant for a leading travel company for 2 years. She looks after the couples desk.

Anisa Sykes Lane - Childcare & Education Manager -  London Housekeepers 
Anisa has been at Greycoat since July 2003 and is our Childcare Team Manager and a Senior Recruitment Consultant. She runs the desk placing London Housekeepers.

Giles Bicknell - Senior Consultant - International Placements
Giles has worked in recruitment for over 12 years, previously placing senior finance roles. He worked as a Learning and Development professional, still within the recruitment industry, and trained extensively as a lifestyle, career and corporate coach. Giles is a qualified yoga teacher and has worked in the South of France in event management and property rental. Giles joined Greycoat in early 2011 to conduct in-house training and has since decided to stay as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, running  the International desk with Victoria.

Rebecca Stephenson - Consultant - Country Housekeepers
Rebecca joined the team at Greycoat in March 2008 following a successful International career as a Private Chef. Rebecca is in charge of the Country Housekeepers desk (ie anywhere not London based)

Lucy Freemantle - Consultant - Chauffeurs, Gardeners and Short Term Couples
Lucy joined Greycoat in September 2008 having previously worked in domestic recruitment for three years in London. Lucy studied Agriculture followed by a ten year career in cooking and has had experience placing Housekeepers and Couples. She now looks after our Chauffeurs desk based in the London office.  She also manages the short term Couples placements.

Victoria Bentley Consultant -- International Placements
Victoria joined Greycoat in November 2009 to run the International desk now with Giles. She has a background in the travel industry having worked in Switzerland and has lived in France and South Africa.

Emily Capel-Davies - Butlers & PA's
Emily Capel-Davies originally worked for Greycoat back in 2005, before leaving to have her son and continuing in an Outreach Consultant capacity for us, covering the Oxfordshire/Berkshire area. November 2011 has seen Emily return full time to Greycoat, to be responsible once again for the Butler desk, as well as our PA desk. Emily has worked in recruitment for over 10 years, including running Hospitality Events, supplying Butlers and Silver Service Staff to high profile London based Clients, as well as large sports events, and most recently she experienced working in Industrial recruitment in New Zealand. She also once ran a large North London pub and has worked in busy Italian and Spanish restaurants.   Emily has a BA Honours in Drama and Theatre Studies.

Isla Mackenzie - Scottish Office Consultant
Isla had previously been an Outreach Consultant for Lumleys from the beginning of 2011 and is now running the Scottish office in Edinburgh. For the last 8 years she has worked as a Private Chef in Scotland, where she was raised and educated, so she knows the area extremely well. Isla places Candidates in all disciplines for Greycoat, as well as Lumleys.

Anthea Lock - Executive Consultant
Anthea Lock joined Greycoat in 2001, and has been in the domestic recruitment industry since 1999. Prior to that Anthea was an Executive Assistant in the City for many years dealing with personal staffing matters from a Client perspective. Anthea held the position of Director of Greycoat until 2010 and has now stepped down to work part-time. Anthea will continue to deal with many Clients and Candidates in her new role as Executive Consultant.

OUTREACH CONSULTANTS

Greycoat has always had a network of Outreach Consultants – satellite employees dotted around the UK, able to conduct interviews on our behalf with those Candidates unable to get to London for a preliminary interview.

The role of our Outreach Consultants has been developed due to the expansion of the business and to ensure full coverage of the UK, Ireland and Europe is achieved. They are now networking locally and in Europe for us in order to generate new business and bring in new Candidates, with much more training from and accountability to Greycoat.
