Personal Assistant

Greycoat specialises in placing Personal Assistants in private households and family organisations  where the Candidate may be required to work on a one-to-one basis within the Client’s home office.  This can be on either a full time or part time basis depending on the Client’s needs.  Some PAs may have a number of clients for whom they work on different days and in different locations.  Requirements vary enormously from job to job, but often the jobs registered with us need someone who can assist in running the family home or Client’s business in terms of diary management, household/business accounts, travel and social arrangements, liaising with outside contractors, online  shopping or running errands, event management and all manner of correspondence and filing.  Most needs can be catered for, including speaking another language, having accountancy qualifications, coming from a particular background, such as banking etc – it is worth registering for your ideal Candidate as we can offer a more bespoke service than general secretarial/administrative agencies.
