As well as being able to carry out the basic needs of security checks and payroll services, Greycoat Support has been very successful in acting as HR department for private employers where there are staffing administration and personnel needs. Some clients have found that there is a need for a third party to aid their staffing structure with holidays rotas, help on sickness pay/leave matters, pay negotiations, draft employment contracts and advice on issues relating to discipline or lack of performance. This last point has proved to be a valuable service for some of our clients over this last year. There are often those occasions when although happy with staff, there are some points which could do with improvement where a third party would be much more able to deal with the matter. This approach gives both sides an opportunity to be open with their grievance and Greycoat Support has acted as mediator on more than one occasion, resulting in a satisfactory settlement of the problem and the continued employment of the staff concerned.

Comprehensive £125 Intermediate Report plus: 10 Year Employment History, Disqualified Directorship Check, Verification of Professional Qualifications and Memberships, Driving Licence Verification Criminal Record Check (if eligible) 4.
