A Live-in Front-of-House/Butler is required for a specialised, luxury boutique hotel on the Isle of Skye, working flexible hours on a rota system with the other front-of-house staff. Accommodation includes a bedroom, shared bathroom and living room. All meals included. Salary on request.

Duties include meeting and greeting guests, serving in the fine dining restaurant, and attending to guests needs. The Butler must have a love of food, wine and cheeses and be prepared to work closely with the Chef. A uniform is provided and a top level of service is required. It is a rural location and the person would need to enjoy the outdoors.
